Our high-quality apartment house is located in Teleki between the hills of Somogy County just 9 kilometers away from Lake Balaton. It is easily accessable, 1 hour 15 minutes from Budapest, 6 kilometers from the M7 highway (exit 130, Szólád-Balatonszemes).
Our house stands in a peaceful area at the highest point of the village. Wherever you look, you’ll find beauty, silence and tranquility. Your body and soul will feel refreshed and renewed.
The house offers the perfect antidote to the weekday rush: its peaceful, relaxing environment will leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
Families with children can explore the region and organise active programs.
The older generation will enjoy the beauty and peace of the natural surroundings.
Groups can enjoy the large common areas which make it perfect to spend time together.
Guests are welcome to use our grill and open-fire cooking facility.
You can enjoy the beautiful view while cooking or barbecueing and dine on your self-prepared meal under the nice shade of the trees.
Table tennis, badminton, balls and other toys for kids as well as a sand pit are also available in our yard. We offer bike rent.
On a hot summer day, you can take a nice, refreshing dip in our garden pool.
First there was a wine cellar built on the lot.
The original house was built in 1912 then expanded in 1989 and fully remodeled in 2011.
Renovations are carried out every year ever since.
The house contains 4 seperate apartments, all with heating and air conditioning.
All the apartments have separate entrance.
We have three 2-room apartments and one 3-bedroom apartment.
They are all equipped with full kitchens and tastefully appointed bathrooms.
Three apartments can comfortably accommodate 2-4 guests and one apartment is comfortable for even 6 people.
We can bring an extra bed in some apartments.
Satellite televisions in each apartment offer more than 70 hungarian and foreign channels.
